HON Pretty Girl Rock  Fall 2011
Hse of Nwocha, recently showed its 2011 fall collection at the just concluded Arise Fashion week.
HON showed its ability to create two piece designs with out forgetting those beautiful dreSses that the label is known for.
HON's collection came as a surprise to most of the attendees who expected to see dresses but instead there was a complete surprise in store for them. Military looking jackets and velvet trousers and skirts graced the runway from HON.
The collection is called "Pretty Girl Rock" which had a lot of two piece military jackets and silk trousers, also the models finished the rock look with leather studded gloves to pull off the rock look. The shoes and studded neck pieces went a long way to make the pieces look so elegant, stylish and modern. This season has a variety of fabrics including damask, velvet, silk, lace, and also featuring a signature spiral detail.
This collection features a lot of belted structured tricked-out jackets, lace and velvet evening dresses, silk cropped trousers.
....simply put WOW
This was very new from HON and wow, it was interesting to watch.

HON 2011 Ad Campaign

When am designing a collection, it is ultimately for the purpose of showing it at a show. After sketching for days and having up to 40 or more sketches it usually has to be cut down to about 20 pieces, then we go into production and start making the actual designs.

After producing and fitting models, the actual day of the show comes and am all jitters cos with fashion shows in Nigeria its crazy but fun.

My favourite spot on show days is backstage cos that's were all the madness goes on. am running up n down, fitting models, talking to hair stylists, makeup people etc. Its always fun but i cant do it alone, always have my HON TEAM.

HON 2011 ZION pieces are exclusive dresses from Hse of Nwocha, for events, parties, weddings, cocktails etc. we really love long evening dresses so here are some some pieces.

FACE OF HON 2011 is ex beauty queen Chineye Akinlade, most of u know her as chineye ochumba miss MBGN 2002. She is sooooooooo hot and wears our pieces with grace and elegance!
